Most projects start with initial concept generation. We use a range of tools including concept sketching, graphic design software and 3D CAD software to explore different forms, materials, and functionality.

Utilising our design software we can create photo-realistic concept renderings for use in presentations and marketing material to assist our clients in selecting the right concept to progress with.

Once a concept has been selected to develop we begin with refining the design for production. All components are designed, evaluated, and documented using state of the art 3D CAD software.

Individual parts and assemblies are thoroughly analysed to ensure they are structurally sound and meet all relevant standards. We then produce detailed technical drawings along with 2D and 3D CAD files suitable for manufacturing.

The production files are then sent to our trusted network of local and offshore manufacturers, capable of producing everything from bespoke
1 off prototypes to high volume mass production.

All parts are assembled and tested by our experienced assembly technicians. Each product must pass our rigorous QC procedures prior to final packaging for dispatch.

Concept Evolution also offers custom packaging solutions and domestic or international freight to get your products to site safely.
Our experienced installation technicians can then install and commission your units onsite. All installation works are certified by our structural engineer to ensure they comply with relevant Codes and Standards.
